Who is MyLimeo for?
MyLimeo is made for people who have high demands when it comes to comfort and premium services while traveling. We meet these demands and it sets us apart from classic taxi services. You can count on your chauffeur always coming in time, waiting for you when the plane is delayed, opening the door, or loading your luggage. The car will always be clean and fragrant. There is bottled water or Wi-Fi in the car and any other requests by our clients are fulfilled. We are your First Class on four wheels.
How can I book a ride via MyLimeo?
You can book your ride via the website www.mylimeo.com, , alebo mobilnú aplikáciu MyLimeo App, ktorú stiahnete v Google Play alebo App Store.
What cars do you use in MyLimeo?
It is up to you which class you choose. We distinguish 3 categories - Business Class, First Class, and Business Van.
  • Business Class - Mercedes E, BMW 5, Audi A6, and similar
  • First Class – Mercedes S, BMW 7, Audi A8, and similar
  • Business Van - Mercedes V, Toyota Alphard, and similar
In which cities does MyLimeo work?
MyLimeo operates in the location between Bratislava (or western Slovakia) - Vienna - Budapest. The chauffeur departs from Bratislava.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by credit card or in cash directly on the spot.
What security measures do drivers follow during the pandemic?
Our drivers are regularly tested and wear face masks. Cars are cleaned and disinfected after each customer. As a precaution and for your safety, we also ask you to put on a facemask during the ride.
What if my plane is delayed?
If you booked a transfer from the airport, you also had to enter the flight number when placing your order. This number is mainly used by the chauffeur to be able to react in advance if your plane is delayed. Don't worry, your chauffeur will be there when you land.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me at the airport?
The chauffeur will wait for you at the airport for 40 minutes after the plane has landed so you have enough time to go through airport checks and pick up your luggage.
How can I contact the chauffeur?
We will send you the contact information to your email address on the day of your ride.
How do I recognize my chauffeur?
The chauffeur will be waiting for you at the pick-up point with a sign with your name.
How can I change/cancel my booking?
You can change or cancel your booking in your account. Please log in, go to the "My rides" section and select Edit or Cancel. If you have any complications, contact us by email or phone.
What if I forget something in the car?
In case you forget something in the car, please contact your chauffeur immediately. We will do everything to ensure that the lost item returns to you as soon as possible.
